Web 2.0 is great and is wide range of tool you use on the web to communicate and is nearly the same as Library in a way for librarians and library techs to communicate with each other to help stay a head of technology.
Hi Mark, you have been able to complete most of the discovery exercises required for this unit - well done. Whilst you are fine with the technology aspect, the Diploma centres around your thoughts and how you evaluate processes so you will need to elaborate a lot more on these things if you wish to succeed at Diploma level.
